Meet Esther

Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath and Educator

I am a masters-qualified, Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath based in Brisbane, QLD. I specialise in nutritional, herbal and lifestyle managment for the treatment of sleep and mood disorders.

For nearly 20 years I have been practising with clients for a range of health conditions, from the earliest moments of fertility, to chronic health conditions.

I treat sleep and mood conditions via nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle management. I practice with a range of evidence-based strategies (BBTi, Sleep Restriction Therapy, Dietary Management and more), to complement and support the other therapeutic practitioners or medicines you may have in place. As an integrative medicine practitioner, I work with all other specialists in this area, to best support your health needs.

My practice is one-on-one, in person at Brisbane Mind Body Clinic or via Telehealth, in a private and confidential space. I also offer group classes, e-resouces, corporate wellness workshops and referrals to other practitioners. I currently sit on the QLD Regional Group Committee for the Nutrition Society of Australia and am a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association with insurance from Gallagher Insurance Australia.
